JW came up with this simple and original equation on a bulletin board the other day in defense of a friend. Which brings to mind another issue of empowerment - few things feel more like a much needed hand up than a friend speaking in your defense. I like this equation. Not just reading it but actually "living" it. I like JW. I like friends who speak up for friends who are being demeaned. I want this page to remind all of us to be a little more like JW whenever we can.
