After meeting the producer and creator of Touched by an Angel and Promised Land, Martha Williamson, at the memorial for the Oklahoma City Bombing I was inspired to create this one.
Her message on both shows is for the most part, "God loves you." Just that simple. That sweet. It is a universal truth for most who believe in a God or Gods. I respect people's rights to believe or disbelieve as they will and personally I take it a step further.
I believe in God with sincerity. I believe God loves us. I believe if he loves us and he decorated this incredible romper room we call earth with so much beauty and joy, then very clearly - he MUST want us to be happy. And if God wants us to be happy then it is our responsibility to take every reasonable healthy action towards being that way. Enjoying the gifts is the most honest expression of gratitude there is.
