The command that you can give yourself either aloud or silently to prevent yourself from stuttering is simply, "stutter now." If you would like to break yourself from stuttering completely, simply do this every time you start to speak for 90 days. That ends it permanently. You see, stuttering is unconscious. When it becomes a conscious thing, a person just CAN'T! It's like trying to hiccup on command. Sure, you can sorta do it, but it's not the same thing.
I first created this for my friend Mitch because he didn't like to stutter. He also didn't like this process because he felt like he was tricking his own brain.
This last summer I met a guy through the computer that is some kind of international oil engineer that puts together programs and then has to pay someone else to present the programs just because he, himself, stutters. Or rather I should say more correctly, "stuttered." I asked him if he'd like to try my cure. He called me back two weeks later, and fifteen minutes into the phone call, he said, "Do you notice anything different about me?" I said, "Yes, you're not stuttering."
He said he had never talked fifteen minutes or even five minutes without stuttering before. He told me for the past two weeks he had repeatedly given himself the command and was now noticing he wasn't stuttering even when he didn't give himself the command.
