How to Nominate a Site Sites that win MUST Empower others to experience more healthy happiness and/or to suffer less emotional pain, they must entertain and last but not least; impress me with content, speed, appearance and navigation. No, I take that back. If they empower others to experience more healthy happiness and/or suffer less emotional pain, they don't have to be beautiful. And if you have a beautiful site and you have to stop and think about how it empowers people to suffer less... if it takes any kind of a stretch at all... don't apply. You won't get the award.
